The city of Talkhooncheh with 38 hectares of farm has the highest area of saffron cultivation in Mobarakeh and is the center of saffron cultivation in this city.Harvesting began in the second half of November and continues until December. The saffron produced by Talkhooncheh farms has a good quality in terms of color, taste and smell due to special care and very suitable climatic conditions of the region.
